USUK Fairy Tale chapter 2

"How dare he! How dare he do this! I am the rightful heir! He can't just skip over me!" Erin threw the nearest object at Patrick. Patrick could not move out of the way fast enough and was hit directly in the gut.

"I believe he just did." Erin turned to him and glared with a deadly stare.

"Silence. I will not allow this."

"Well what will you do? There isn't much left, besides kill the king." An evil smile appeared on Erin's lips. Patrick gave him a weary glance. "Erin, no. You can't-"

"I can, Patrick. And I will. By tomorrow, the king shall be dead."

"But the King probably changed the heir already. It's too late."

"Well, what if some, how you say, misfortunes were to fall upon our dear Arthur. Then I would be King would I not?"

"Erin, you can't. Arthur is not only you flesh and blood, but you're brother! And the King is bad enough!"

"Silence! I have no intent on Killing our brother." Patrick sighed in relief. "You will."

"Pardon?" Patrick could hardly comprehend what his brother was saying at this point.

"I shall kill the King as he sleeps, and you shall kill Arthur at the same time. Oh this is brilliant."

"Erin, I don't think-"

"Either you kill Arthur, or I kill you and then kill him myself." Backed into a corner, patrick accepted.

"Yes brother."

"Good. Now go. I shall go after the king at midnight." Patrick nodded and left the room without another words.
